ViewStar HD

ViewStar HD is an app that supposedly offers you a great selection of anime from the comfort of your Android. In theory, all you have to do is explore the content available and find what you're looking for. Then, tap on the play button and the download process should begin immediately.

ViewStar HD includes a user-friendly interface. Plus, the catalog it includes is not long, so it won't take you long to find exactly what you're looking for. There's a category that includes trending animes, another one with the recently added and yet another one with the entire catalog. When you tap on one of the titles, you'll enter a brief description along with the play button. As soon as you hit the button, you'll be redirected to a Google Drive folder that, supposedly, includes all the episodes available and ready to be downloaded. Unfortunately, that's more the exception than the rule. You'll actually find that most of the times the folder is empty and you've just wasted your time.

ViewStar HD is an app that seems to bite more than it can chew. Although the idea of generating a free space that's self-managed where anyone can share episodes is really great, it actually doesn't quite meet the expectations (which is to be able to watch anime). However, with enough time, the catalog will probably improve and you may actually be able to download the content.
